My 71 has some rust in the floor where the second row would bolt down. Does anyone make sheet metal patch panels? Also gonna need the brace under the wood floor where back of second row bolts down

Not sure if that panel and brace is available or not. You might check on the "Blazer and Suburban Stuff" classified forum and see if anyone is parting out a suburban. You can't post a "wanted to buy" but if someone is selling those pieces or would be willing to cut them out of a scrap body you can purchase them....
