Mostly empty trailer heading south in November
If this isn't where it should be Mods please move or delete - didn't know if this forum had a spot for this or not.
I will be headed south from Mid-Missouri to Moultrie, GA in November for the swap meet there. My flat bed trailer will be mostly empty on the way down - at least into central part of GA. I will be picking up a roller chassis in Byron, GA from "bdeese" at that time on the way to swap meet. If anyone is looking for transportation of parts, etc. between those two points I would, as the locals might say, "carry them down there for you." Just looking to re-imburse a some gasoline cost for trip. I will leave Mid-Missouri, Columbia, on or about November 14th or 15th - swap meet starts on 18th and I will be setting up on 17th in preparation. Jay |

Waiting on you, man. If you see any free 6.0 LS engines on the way down, I could use one for my Sonoma project. :)

Be glad to bring you a 6.0 LS, but doubt I see one for free:) but you never know. I will at least look on the way just in case. Jay |
Re: Mostly empty trailer heading south in November
:) Plenty of 2500HDs around here for cheap. I'll eventually pick one of them up to strip the engine and tranny. A farmer about a mile from my house has a wrecked one sitting out with his equipment, I may stop by and ask him if he's gonna get rid of it...
Few months ago I could have had a 5.3 for free. My bro in law put a new crate motor in his z71 and let his 5.3 go back as a core for $200... Recently a 95 Sonoma fell in my lap and became my next project. Gotta finish my 70 first, though... |
