Dana 60 Possi, 6 lug.

The sale fell through on my Dana 60 Possi 1/2 ton rear end. 3.54 gears and it is a leaf spring rear end. This rear end is in exelent condition. One drum needs to be turned and that is it. I have had it on my shop floor for over a month and it hasn't dripped oil from the pinion seal yet. I drove the truck for 2 years befor I parted it out and there isn't any rear end noises at all. This rear end is a steal at $400.00. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

I'd love to have that, but I think shipping would kill me!!

I can have it delivered to St. Paul for $275.00 and you meet the truck at a truck stop or something. That would be a total of $675.00 for that rear end. Still pretty reasonable. Let me know if you are interested. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

I was just wondering if this would work on a coil spring truck. This is the exact rearend I want to put in my 69 c-10 2wdcoil? I know that the conversion from leaf spring "perchs" to the coil spring axle "saddles" aren't hard but my question is regarding the track bar on the top of the rearend - is there a kit for this or will it just not work for me? Any help is greatly appreciated. Also, if you think it might work... do you know how much shipping would be to 94607?

I don't think I can justify that kind of cash right now, so I'll have to pass :whine:

Sure is tempting tho!

Thanks Wes,

Paul

FRANKIEPOTATAS, If you could meet the truck at a truck stop in Sacremento, I could have it shipped to you for $150.00. Early Classics makes a pan hard bar that has brackets that mount to the bottom side of the rear end.

You would have to be lowering your truck at least 5" in the rear end for this to work though I think. I don't know what your plans are so I couldn't tell you for sure. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com
