Typically, the prop valve needs to be adjustable to dial in rear discs in a swap application. It's also common for disc/disc set-ups to utilize a master cylinder w/equal sized pots vs the common staggered size disc/drum set-ups use. That being said, once the system is bled & topped-off, it shouldn't matter much (the staggered pot size would just need to be watched more closely).
A different bore master cylinder might also be desired to help dial in pedal pressure vs stopping performance.
