Door drain?

I'm reassembling various parts of my truck after having it painted. While looking at the doors in prep for installing all new door seals I noticed that there is no drain in the bottom of the door. The anti-rattle felts I bought for the windows don't seem like they would keep all water out that runs down the windows. Wouldn't this just pool in the bottom of the doors? Has anyone put drain holes in the bottom of their doors?

I will be relocating the truck to Tampa next year and it will see it's share of summer rain so trying to prepare now.

Mine has slots to drain, but of course they are clogged. :/

Ps I'd kill for some "Hat" right about now with some wet fries. ;)

Haha just had a Pastrami from The Hat the other night. I'll have to add that to the list of things I'll miss when I move at the end of the year.

Edit:
Found them! The slots had been sealed with silicone... why I don't know. Punched them out so all good now. I may apply some POR or similar to the inside to prevent any rust.
