66' factory interior paint scheme
 

Alright, Im sure there are threads on this but I can't find them. I know that the factory colors are medium fawn and dark fawn. I know that everything is medium fawn besides the ivory stripes on the door skins. The dash is dark fawn but what else is dark fawn? Is the steering column and steering wheel dark fawn also? And if anybody has factory correct pictures of the 66' interior that would be awesome. Thanks

My 66 originally had only the dash in dark fawn. Everything else in the interior was the lighter fawn, though it was definitely a slightly darker fawn than a few 64/65 trucks I compared to.

I'm no authority and don't have pictures but someone who knows more will probably chime in with some accurate pictures. Also I probably disqualified myself from future factory color discussions since I went and repainted my truck and interior a completely different color ;)

Haha thanks Kenfuzed.. I used to have some great pictures but somehow they disappeared out of my gallery.
