That 4th door panel has got to be worth some good coin to the right person.

Can you post a pic of the whole truck? I don't recognise that stripe and would like to see the paint scheme.
Looks like an awfull nice truck to be parting out.

ANDY -- THAT LOOKS LIKE THE ALUMINUM TRIM ON THAT TRUCK. MAYBE IT'S A GEOGRAPHICAL THING AS YOU SEE QUITE A FEW 72s WITH THAT TRIM OUT HERE. :D :D JOHN

Don't think I've ver seen anything with it, not even pics.
I've only seen a handfull of burbs though, i saw more in an old forgotten junk yard today than I have on the roads.

Originally I wanted to sell it whole. Started my asking price at $1250 finally went down to $750 and still can't sell it whole! It does have some rust, but I thought it was a nice Suburban for the price. I put it on the parts board and the burb board. I have alot of guys lined up for parts, but it sure is a hassle to part something out. I don't know how you guys keep all the stuff straight. Here is the original thread with pics.

I hate to part out an original truck like this. The glovebox options sheet is there and matches the door jamb and the door sticker. Everyone gets scared off because of the rust. The floorboards look pretty good tho'. Maybe I should just hold onto it and try to sell it locally.

I can't belive it dident sell for $750:eek: Put it in your local bargin post.

Longhorn Man 10-11-2003 10:56 PM

Just like everyone else was saying...if only it was closer to me. :(
Even at $1000, that is a damn good price

:bowtie:

IT'S EASIER TO JUST SELL IT WHOLE, BUT IF YOU'LL TAKE THE TIME & LABOUR TO PART IT, YOU'LL PROBABLY MAKE MORE MONEY.:D :D
