Figured I'd share what I did. Not many pics of how people raise the floor up for a step notch.

I raised mine 4 inch straight across and flat.I needed a new floor anyway.I have a small notch

I also made the floor removable if I decide to change something.

I don,t want a rear seat but I put a stock bench in the front

Got the carpet and rear seat installed. Posting pics because there are not many people with c notches sharing how they did the raised floor.

I do not have photos of the underside. But I built a frame from 1x3 tubing and put original floor over top of it and secured it with grade 8 1/2" bolts

Is the floor raising for just the pumpkin? I ask because in the past i've just done a raised dome in the middle for that. Just so you can keep the rest of the floor. Only wondering.
