The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Hello i just picked up this 67 step side. I've known about this truck for about 15 years and the old man just kept letting it sat and rot down. It was a old school hot rod truck back in the day. Now jump to about a month ago a guy had a 67 step side for sale I went and looked at it. The truck just look familiar to me. Now in gray primer. I got to talking to the guy and asked him did he have pictures of it before he primer it. And that’s when I realize it was the old hot rod truck. Some how he talk the old man into selling it. But he share with me a few pic of it before he primer it . So now its a 67 with a very mild 350 with 305 ho heads I’ve not run the numbers yet the old man always said it was a 327 it has a turbo 350 trans. I got a 350 that is a little more built. I’ve going to drop in it. Get it to be a daily driver and then start my custom work. In the future it will be chop and some custom work done to it. I will post the previous owner pic of it going from old hot rod truck to a primer truck. Thanks for looking at my post
