Its stock size and It measures about 1.08 with a Vernier caliper, so I guess 1 1/16th

Not sure of the dates, Corvette swap meet it the best. you can probably find the dates on the Puyallup Fairgrounds website, there are 4 or so in February and March.

Don't forget they have spilt the Portland swap meet into two weekends. One for the Expo center and one weekend for PIR.
