WTB Heater /Fan Control for 69 Chevy

I am looking for a heater/defrost/fan control box for a 69 Chevy without air conditioning.

I just need it for the levers so the appearance does not matter if the control arms are in good shape.

Or if someone has some loos control arms I could buy them. I am just missing the middle of the three levers. Again, just one of the simple no air three lever controls.
