I know these are pricey but there is ALOT to these harnesses on their own-nevermind adding late model features!

What would one with relay upgrade and a '90-'91 power mirror harness cost?

Nate-Id do $500 even for that harness. The mirror harness alone I offer for $159 but if somebody were to order this harness w/any upgrade I'd add only $80-and that's forbeither the 90-91 mirrors or the 88-92 G20 power dumbo mirrors. They have different color codes but I have schematics for both so no big deal there-I would need to verify what type of switch you plan to use-there are many, many GM mirror switches that will work.
