anyone have experience with golen engines in the east coast?

been thinking a lot about this company, got a good quote from them, googled their reviews and there are a lot of bad ones, pre 2010, makes me uneasy and untrusting. lots of good reviews but 1 bad reviews can cancel out 1000....
