1962 front suspension

Hey I have a 1962 1/2 ton shortbed. It currently has a torsion bar front end. Has anyone put a mustang II front end on this type of frame. Currently the the carriage mounts in the stock position where the frame is not straight... What works best?

Most people upgrade to the '73-'87 C10 suspension. It is much easier than installing a MII front suspension.

DITTO , Super easy unless you are worried about weight
