how to remove cowl vent?

i need to work on my wiper linkage, do the screws at from of cowl piece allow to remove the town vent or is there more to it than that?

Other than removing the wiper arms themselves, yes that is it

Remove the wipers and the screws along the top of the firewall. There are a couple of tabs on the windshield side that the cowl piece hooks into as well.
