Re: Any info on this heavely modified gmc
if I remember right it is either rick newton, or his son out of las vegas, when I was a kid rick had a neat yellow chopped 47-54 panel that I used to see at the golden state pickup parts truckin nationals in ogden in the early 80's

Re: Any info on this heavely modified gmc
I owned Ricks Yellow Panel and had the interior re-done, it was published in Street Rodder Magazine when I owned it and gave him credit of course. We talked, he called me then. But that was many years ago.

In fact Ricks brother Skip, had me block sand my old 53 pick-up and then he shot it when he worked at Pete Findley Olds in Vegas behind the showboat there. But that was many years before I owned Newt's the GMC panel.

Re: Any info on this heavely modified gmc
The last time I talked to Rick he was working on a panel he said that was screaming to be black. But I never found out the results of that, may have been the 60's panel for all I know.
