New from Fort Worth, Texas
Hello everyone,
I'm Emily and I live in the DFW area. I have what's left of a 64 chevy truck that I'm looking to restore. It belonged to my parents (they bought it new) and unfortunately has pretty much rotted away on their farm the majority of its life. I realize practically everything will need to be replaced. It has a ton of sentimental value. Anyway I'm going to be spending a lot of time here and welcome comments, posts, questions and advice. I know nothing about this but I've always been a car enthusiast (s2000 was my college car and bought a cayman s later) other than that I've always had company cars. Emily |

Welcome to the board. Your truck looks like it is a good startimng point, especially with its history for you.

Howdy from Central Texas. I understand the sentimental attachment, my grandpa had a 47 Chevy, it is sitting in a field rotting away and that bothers me to no end. I had great memories learning how to drive it.
All the best. |
