Tip and Flip Dolly

Ok, I have the plans but I am having trouble finding the size tubing listed. I am close to Charlotte NC tried three different metal places and they all say they only have 2x2x0.120 1.75x1.75x0.120 1.5x1.5x0.120 From what I can tell this will work just be heavier. Has anyone else run into this issue? Any thoughts or suggestion?

I LOVE mine and only change I made was bigger wheels so I could roll it in my gravel driveway. I have a cab on it now that I plan to remove today and place another one on right behind it.
I can tell you another use, take the four stationary arm that slide into the bottom tubes and turn them upside down and a bed can sit in that to be moved around and or worked on

It is heavier and should work. You just need to make sure that the 1.75 slides inside the 2.0. I couldn't find 1.75. so I bought additional 1.5 in place of the 1.75 and welded 1/4 plates on for spacers that went into the 2.0 tube. Zero problems and I love the tip and flip.

Question for anyone who has built theirs. I am having trouble figuring out what / where the 5/16 pins are for? Photos would be great. Got my plans, am just sourcing out materials now. I am also having trouble finding 1.75" square tubing. Does not seem to be a common size at all. Thanks.

Great idea! Has anyone made something similar for a k5?
