New old aftermarket high hump floor mat in the box . It does have two splits at the RH top side as shown. Rest is nice. I set it in a high hump truck so you could see how it looked. $150.00 shipped

Yes , this will fit your 66 with 4 speed . The truck I used to test fit it is a 1966
