New exhaust!

Need some advice guys, I'm looking to trash the stock y pipe and weld up new pipes. Does anyone know if a 45 degree bend with a flange connecting it to the manifold will work off the manifold and put me parallel to the frame? I want to go from the manifold to behind the tail shaft, put the flowmaster merge pipe to 3".

Crap, completely forgot to add that.. my truck is 93 c1500 with a 350/4l60e. Wanting to go from manifold, 45 degrees, straight, past the trans, driver side going under the tail shaft and merging with a straight one from the passenger side.
