Pulling The Trigger

There a 70 Panel for sale that I may buy today. It will probably cost me $2k to buy/transport to my house. The positives is that it has buckets and barn doors for other projects. Looking for some buckets for my 71 Suburban. It does not run but seems li,e it's all there. Does have some rust. What are your thoughts?

Slightly off topic, I am interested in the placement of the inner seat belt attachment point. I converted my Suburban and the the bench seat attachment seems too far rearward.

Good thing he has a "Burb. The Panel kicks up right behind the seats and the "Burb is different. My seatbelts actually mount on the horizontal part of the kick up.
