Where can I get one of these?

The pic is of the Emission Decal on my inner fender. I have found all kinds of reproduced emission dceals except this one. Let me clarify, I have found one with the same format as this one but they are for the 402 engine. Its a US truck as well.

They have this one, which is close, but not 100%

91 octane fuel or higher? That label must be for a Z-28 or LT-1
