Seems high already. Needs entire front clip. Frame straightened or replaced and I bet there is some damage to the cab either from the fender attachment points or the inner fenders ramming into the floor. There is nothing special about the drivetrain or anything particularly custom, that I can see.

Edit to add: and the VIN Tag is put on with pop rivets. If the vin tag is correct and there are no other title issues. I was originally a 6 cyl which is not surprising.

Someone with experience and access to a nice 20 ton frame straightening machine will make that truck right as rain.

Yeah he should have invested in some big brakes to go with the big wheels.
