air conditioning compressor clutch sticking

hello I have a 94 chevy 1500 2 wheel drive truck. my air has not worked in a couple years but now the clutch on the compressor is sticking and sounds like crap. what do I need to do to stop it

Search at your local autoparts shop, or friends, etc., for a reliable A/C guy. They will solve it faster than a lot of guessing.....

Buying a new clutch may not be the cause, if you are thinking that way?
