stock master cylinder for brakes & clutch ??

ok so i did some looking and it appears that my truck was a stick shift truck now when i got it it had a auto trans swap in it .. tried to mount a stock single bowl brake master cylinder ... yeah not gonna happen so i looked and my fire wall has the 2 big holes for that square master that is also for stick shift .... so my big question can i buy that master cylinder and use it still for just my brakes without and leaking or problems just so that it mounts proper to my fire wall ?

'64, '65 and '66 did not use a clutch MC setup. It is all mechanical. Looking at yours in person, someone cut a hole that should not be there.
