GMC grill support
 

I was going to replace the grill on my 65 GMC because I couldn't adjust the headlights up high enough. The truck obviously had hit something in it's past life, I thought it was the grill that was bent, however further investigation indicates that the grill support is the reason why the grill is pointing south.
Will the aftermarket grill supports fit both Chevy and GMC? LMC states they do, yet other aftermarket part suppliers indicate they only fit Chevy. Any feedback would be appreciated.
