Looking for a front drivers side frame horn for my 61 apache 10. Some idiot let a 5 yr old arc weld n burnt holes trying to add a power steering bracket

Is the frame so bad that it can not be repaired and a proper PS plate added?

Not doing power steering. N the weld they did blasted holes in the frame
