need 79 tailgate power window switch

We own a 1979 Cheyenne package K-5. It needs a new a dash mounted power tailgate window switch. Can someone help me out with this?

does this look like your switch it has 3 plugs on the back in this configuration -_- $9 to your door

The rear window switch

Mine is mounted vertically. There are white up and down arrows on the rocker. Plus at the top of the rockers is the REAR in capital letters. I'll try the switch you have posted. Do you know what model year is it from?
