Here's the way my truck sits now. Plus the donor vehicle. Yes, that is a 6.0l hiding in there.

Just picked up some leather seats and a 3.73 rear out of a 71 for the project. Baby steps baby.

Gathering parts. Transdapt LS motor mounts bought from parts board. $40 rear brakes and e-brakes from 97 Firebird at the u-pull-it. It's been a good week.

Ok, got the correct Camaro calipers this time off of a 94 Camaro. Moral of that story is don't trust the junkyard to correctly mark a vehicle, run the vin.

Frame horns make a pretty good work stand. Rear disc brake conversion complete except for plumbing it all up.

Thanks brother, I may hit you up with some questions as I get deeper into the ls swap.
Hauled the donor van off and recouped $420.

So 3 broken exhaust bolts in the 6.0l, 1 long enough to use channel locks on. Other 2 needed left handed bits from Harbor freight which cut really well but didn't bind enough so I held my breathe and used the ez out.

Cleaned the bed out for the first time in forever. Then I really cleaned it out. Out with the old, in with the not quite as old. First time she's had matching shoes since I've owned her I think. Little ratchet strap to help move it over and attach the panhard bar.
