What should my next mod be? (with poll)

I've reached the zenith of first world problems. I don't know what my next mod should be to the H8RDCPTR (which is my truck, for those of you who didn't put that together). I'm to the point where the truck is so far modified, I can't decide which can of worms to open next.

1. Tubular LCA's. I like the idea of moving my wheels 3/4" forward to fill the openings, and shedding some weight and improving geometry is a big plus. Costs around $1k for the set, which is pricey. I'm already doing a new steering gear, and have coilovers, so LCA's seem like a good option.

2. 4 wheel brake upgrade; I've already got Wilwood D52's up front, but I'd like to upgrade the pads and rotors, and use my old D52's w/ a CaptainFab bracket, to complete 4 wheel disc. Pads, rotors, bracket, and refreshing my core calipers is $5-600

3. New converter. My trans is stout, but the converter is of dubious origin and not the correct stall for my application. I could see some gains in the 1/4 and improve power handling with a nice unit from TCI. ~$8-1200

4. New wheel combo; My rear steel wheels are killing me with unsprung mass, so a new wheel set is a great idea...BUT I'm mostly looking at drag wheels from Weld or similar. ~15x10 rears alone are nearly $650 EACH, and thats not counting if I want a matching set with 15x5-6 skinnies at another ~400 EACH.

5. Finish my nitrous. I already have a bottle, valve, opener, and plate kit...but still need nozzles, brackets, lines, and solenoids...plus I want to run either methanol or q16 supplementary fueling. $5-900 depending which setup.

So, what do you guys think?! There are 50 other smaller things that coincide or depend on one of these major upgrades...but I need to pick the direction to go!

Tubular control arms, or nitrous a close second. These sound the most fun to me, and its nice to do the fun stuff first sometimes :)

I say brakes! Safety first!

I appreciate the comments. Just so you know, I do already have hydroboosted Wilwood disc brakes up front, it would only be an upgrade to 4wheel disc.

I would go that way.

Lots of fans of braking 'eh? I can tell which way the age demographic on the forum is leaning now hahahahah.

I'll be leaving the poll up for a week or so, and I WILL take the top suggestion and make it the next purchase.

Brakes for sure. Always look to safety first. Tough to justify the other fun mods if you wind up in an accident because of faulty brakes.

You can achieve a certain comfort level knowing you can stop when you need to. Going fast is always fun but the second part of that fun equation is stopping effectively.

I would try to do the LCA's and the front brakes together. It would cost more but it would only have to be taken apart once. Then move on to the back brakes next at a lower cost since you will need less parts. After that I'd knock them out in the order you listed them.

I love spending other peoples money.

I've only ever made other peoples money, so I only spend other peoples money :)

So we have a small hitch in the works. In order to do rear disc brakes, I HAVE to get different rear wheels!! My custom built 15x12" wheels have too narrow of a hoop, which doesn't clear most disc brake setups...so I need to at least get different rear wheels...hmmmm

Or just go drum?

If you already have upgraded the brakes, (On the front) maybe consider a sway bar. It was the single biggest improvement I made to my truck driving wise when it still had stock suspension.

like a kid walking into the middle of a movie ;)

Already have a driving truck, already have drum brakes, point of thread is next upgrade. Drums are only an upgrade from...nothing.

I have a front sway bar. Have considered a rear, but haven't had it as a focus. I've got limitations due to being backhalfed w/ coilovers.
