Newbie from CA with 1986 C10

Purchased this C10 a few months ago as a father/son project for my 15 year old son. It's been going well so far, but have a ways to go before it becomes reliable enough to make it a daily driver. I have till July of next year, so we have plenty of time. This is how it looked when we purchased it. It has an approximate 3/4 drop with coil springs and shackles. It did not ride very smooth. We tackled the front end and completely rebuilt it with stock coils and 3" drop spindles. We also did a rear flip kit. I could not stand that tan bench seat and wanted to give it a stock look...

We installed a new grille, painted the headlight bezels and re-routed the exhaust. A buddy had a set of Michelins that we mounted on the front to get us by till we install new rims and tires. I'm thinking 20x8s with 245/40/20s and 20x9.5s with 275/45/20s. My son picked up a part time job, so we'll see how long it takes him to save up enough $$$ to purchase some rims and tires...
