Turn signals will not work when headlights are on.
Turn signals will not work when headlights are on. Turn signals work perfectly when headlights are off. I have the LED taillights. Any ideas?

Re: Turn signals will not work when headlights are on.
80% likelihood that the headlight switch is to blame.... however, if you turn the headlights on and the interior turn signal light stays lit, and the turn signal itself is REALLY slow when you turn them on, then it could be a grounding issue. I had an issue similar to the second one in my own truck, and it turned out to be the turn signal socket. When I looked in the socket, a tab had broken off so grounding was wonky when the headlights were on. Take the bulb out of the socket and look into the socket to see if you have all 3 points... 2 on the bottom and 1 as an 'arm' at the side. However, like I said, it's probably the headlight switch... happens pretty often in these trucks.

Ground issue

Just went through the same thing with my pick up. You need to add resistors to the tail light bulbs. There are videos on YouTube of how to do it. I think there’s something you can do with the flasher thingamaduber also. I got aggravated and put regular bulbs back in, everything works perfect again.

You know, I completely missed the LED statement in the original post. Take back what I was saying, because it is probably more likely to do with the LED bulbs giving you issues as drew states above.
