I'm looking for a '71 or '72 chyenne super C-10, 8' fleetside. Doesn't have to be numbers matching or nothing but must be solid and driveable. Let me know what ya got. I need something by June '04

does anybody know of any sites where I can look ??

boraxman 11-04-2003 02:29 AM

keep an eye on the 67-72 parts board here, people also list trucks for sale there. Ebay is another place to look...good luck.

I'm still looking, no one has contacted me yet :(

No luck locally? It took me a good 6 months or more to find my truck. I wanted something local and solid. Finally found an original CA truck about 2 hours away. Oh yeah and you may want to check out the http://www.collectorcartraderonline.com/ some listings there as well. Keep looking and good luck.

Welcome to the board from South Mississippi.
Sounds like you have time to do some looking around. Keep an eye on the parts board, local classifieds and ask around locally. I got mine from a friend of my brother's and got a good deal on it.

Cheyenne Super

Hi,
from another NY member. Cheyenne Super's are getting like "hens teeth" in NY. There is a '72 Custom (no toys) in Rochester, NY from Arkansas. $4700 If you find something that doesn't fit for you, please e-mail me with the info. I am always looking for local '71-72 Supers. GOOD LUCK! tmc04@yahoo.com Thanks, Terry

When I was driving my 72 GMC down from WA to AZ in Oct I saw a few of them off of I-5 through OR. One that really caught me was a baby blue 67 or 8 long bed GMC for 500.

Hey, thanks for all the "Hi's". Finding a good one in the northeast is out of the question. I found only one in the last month that is close to what I want and it's at the right price. Even found it on this site :burnout:

Just going to see what else comes along after Christmas.
