EFI Setup
Looking to go EFI on my '72 K20 350 primarily for ease of use, startup, etc. Right now I'm looking at Edelbrock Pro Flo 3 with a Spectre Cold Air Intake. There are two different manifolds to select from the 4150 style which looks closely to the standard manifold with carb, the other is the XT manifold which looks more like a modern manifold, which can ingest a 100 more CFM thant he 4150 style. Is the 100 CFM difference a factor for a daily driver?

Re: EFI Setup
Call their tech line and ask them which one is the best match for what you have. I’m betting it will be the lower flow version if you have a stock-ish engine.

Re: EFI Setup
Good luck on your search. There are a lot of good systems out there. The choice of cams is important but if you have a stock engine and drive normally then the 100 CFM won't matter. I built a 406 with EFI with an "RV" cam that is "all in" by 5000 RPM, but I'm not drag racing to 7000 RPM, I'm looking for performance that can pull a 10k lb trailer over the Eisenhower Tunnel at 11,000 feet.

Re: EFI Setup
Fast EFI is good as well as Holley and Edelbrock, just about any of the current (or recent within 10 years) systems will be great for your truck.
