4speed and NP 205 worth?

I have an sm465 on a NP 205 transfer case with a front driveshaft I would like to sell. I cannot verify whether it worked well or not but the previous owner said it did. What is it worth? Any help would be great.

Robby,

Before I get started, my name is Rob also (and I spell mine the same way, with a "y" instead of "ie", seems like most are spelled "ie")

Anyway, I recently paid $200 for that same setup, complete from the bellhousing back. However, I think I got a good deal on it in my area. Typically, that setup goes for around $300-$350, in good working condition, where I live. It might be worth more than that in some areas, it's all about supply and demand. If you can confirm that the setup is good, I would guess that you could get top dollar for it. If it's sold "as is" and you don't know if it will even work, then expect to take less for it. If you think it needs work, I wouldn't take any less than $150. If you think it's good to go, I would start at $300 and go down from there.

Hope this helps..........

Rob
