I might have another set, I have a C30 with a cube box, I will look at it tomorrow and get back to you.
The other mounts are the same as 2wd.

Thanks Randy, appreciate it! I have a K20 with a utility bed on it and these brackets are missing from the frame. I want to mount a regular long fleet bed to the frame.

Zepp...went out and looked, no bed plates on that truck, probably because it was long wheelbase cab and chassis. Good luck on your search.
