Experience with rust repair??

Ok everyone-looking at possibly repairing some rust on my DD ‘04 Tahoe since it seems to be getting worse really quick. Looking at both quarters down low and both rocker sections from about middle of truck back-both sides. Advice? Good supplier metal panels? Whatch ya’ll know about these trucks metal work wise?

That 04 metal may still be available from the dealer . May be worth a phone call to see .

Oh it is but still looks to be panel bonded even on GM quarters-and theres foam inside the panels as well.

I am no body man but seems to me the body shop at the dealer has to heat the panels to get them off . I am sure theres a few spot welds as well . Definitely a different way to do body replacement than what I am used to .

That panel bond sticks and holds like crazy .
