parking brake problems
 

Sometimes when I try to engage the parking brake it wont stick. Last night at work it was really bad. Normally I can finally get it to stick but it wouldn't do it at all last night. Any ideas as to whats the problem with it.

I would be inclined to believe the teeth that the rachet mech. uses are stripped.
That or the pawl that engages them is sticking.
Sounds like you need to take it out and give it a good cleaning and lubing (and see if anything is broken).
