Correct spark plugs

I have a carbureted 454 bbc. I have 2 sets of brand new spark plugs, both are motorcraft. One set is 32c & the other set is 42c. Which is correct or best to put into my 454 engine. Greatly would appreciate some advice.
Thanks
Bill

Gonna need a year, as they change over time. Then return them ferd plugs and get some Champion or AC Delco plugs.

I put a set of E3 E3.40 in my 454. I've been happy with them for the past year or so. I just ordered E3's for my 402 as well. I typically stick with the AC Delco but quite frankly they are 10K mile plugs, why not go with a plug designed for 100K miles. Unless of course you have are going for an all original truck.

Not sure of the year. It’s hooked up to a 700r4 tranny and it is in my 72 c-10 and was there when I bought it. The 700r4 didn’t come out until 82 my guess would be after that. I hope that helps you help me.
