I have lq4 6.0 2007 from a hummer I see what looks like the pcv valve on the left rear valve cover but it will not pull out

After the first couple of years, the gen 3 motors went to a fixed orifice design meaning the “valve” was just a hole of a certain size with no check ball. Even the earlier motors had their PCV valve superseded by a part with just an orifice drilled in it.

In about 2003, the PCV changed to a non-removable design and it is cast into the valve cover. It’s just a hole, so there’s nothing to replace.

here is a pic of the valve cover with what looks like a removeable pcv valve but its not it has been pressed in
