tank relocation size
 
can anybody tell me the largest capacity fuel tank relocation kit sold for swb fleet c10 with carb eng. ext. pump and where to buy it. sure would like 30 plus gals.

80’s suburbans have the capacity tank you’re looking for and can be made to fit our trucks. However, it is not sold in a kit. You would have to piece things together.

I installed the 31 gallon Suburban tank in my '67 C20 and it fit great. Plus it was easy to use for fuel injection since it had the factory fuel injection access on top of the tank. Had to move one frame cross brace, but other than that it was easy.

Sure is nice not having to stop for gas as often!

It would fit, I remember seeing a thread on here somewhere where a guy fit one, but it was a bit more than I was willing to do. Basically behind the rear axle all the way to the bumper is fuel tank.

Can anyone with one of those tanks do some measuring? I recall those big tanks were going into long bed trucks.
