1964 c10 lower door patch panel?
 

Looking for the section within the red lines. I realize this is probably a shot in the dark. I will take a lower inner door skin if I can't find the stamped inner section complete. Which might actually be more feasible. But I'm hopeful.

This is a passenger side door i am using for parts. Will this section work for what you need?

I think it would work just fine. Unless there is a difference in the stamping between passenger and drivers side doors? I will have to check to see if the stampings are unidirectional or not. If they are the same and it dont matter which side it is, then I'd take it off your hands.
