Not sure I'm seeing the color right on my computer. If I knew the year of truck it would help. Looks like Medium Bronze Poly.

I've never seen a Chevy with Palomino Tan paint
We have seen several 67 GMC's with Palomino Tan paint
We have seen some 68 GMC's with Palomino Tan paint
Your tailgate is a 68-72 (base model)
Having said this, it sure looks like Palomino Tan, on my monitor.
Tim, What do you think about it being Palomino Tan?

I think it is Palomino Tan. Here it is against my 69 Saddle Poly.

That more recent picture definitely looks like Med Bronze Poly, not Palomino Tan. The first set of pictures didn't capture the color very well.
