no turn signals? marker lights come on when hit brakes?
 

so I've got no turn signals, and the marker lights come on when you hit the brakes? also the turn indicators in the dash light up when you hit the brakes....any thoughts?

The brakelights on the rear use the same side of the bulb as the turn signals. so the brake lights work thru a circuit in the turn signal switch. I suspect your turn signal switch needs replacing.
