1960 Apache Stainless Paint Divider Trim SET
 

I just stuck this set on Ebay tonight and wanted to add it here in case any of you guys need a set like this.

This is the rare Stainless three piece paint divider trim set for 1960 Chevy Apache pickup trucks that came with the "Custom Cab" appearance option. This set is for 1960 year models ONLY and is Chevrolet ONLY as well. In 1960 Chevy needed a paint divider because two tone trucks had the whole back of the cab painted White (where 1961 only applied the main body color on the whole back of the cab) but many people like this trim so well, they add it to 1961 and up trucks too. If you want to be "correct" about what you are doing, this set is indeed correct for 1960 Apaches only. GMC Custom Cab trucks had a 4 piece similar set. The paint divider itself is in fantastic condition for its age - bright and smooth, etc but does have two shallow dings you need to work out and re-polish for show, and there is a small vertical scratch in the center (see close up pic). The Custom plates are also in great shape, but one has a light ding (see pic) and one has one extra screw hole (see pic)
