Re: Southern rods AC
I have used several of them in builds I have done in the past. No problems with any of them, good quality.

Re: Southern rods AC
I put one in my 61 project heat/air unit.
They had a special on them at the Autofair in Charlotte. Haven't charged it yet, the heat seems to work ok when I tested it. I had to get a few extra fittings to route the hoses the way I wanted them. https://s33.postimg.cc/bewbdhuyn/003.jpg I had to get a different compressor for the bracket set I had bought for the engine, Incorrectly I assumed all aftermarket bracket kits used a 508 compressor. https://s33.postimg.cc/jkedbwypr/002.jpgupload images On a previous build (56 Chevy Tk) I had used a setup from Nostalgia air out of FL, It worked ok also, but didn't own it long enough for a long term opinion. Good Luck, Bud |
