truck rally's center caps come loose
I can't get all of the nuts to tighten down on 2 of my 4 wheels, so they eventually loosen up and of course almost fall off. I've tried loctite to no avail. I don't own a welder, so welding up the holes and re tapping them isn't an option. Anyone have any other suggestions?

What do you mean by can't get all the nuts to tighten down? What happens when you try to tighten them? Can you show a picture?

Wrap a paper clip around the bolts and tighten them .

Should be bolts with a lock washer.

The JB weld idea, I wondered if that might work. I think I'm going to try the paper clip idea first, and if that doesn't work, then the JB weld if the paper clip idea doesn't work.

Paper clip of copper wire/thread works really well
