Blower motor parts help please!
 

Hello all:

I have a 1970 GMC 1500 factory air truck and need to identify part numbers, names and possible place to purchase the following:

1- the short rubber hose that comes off the blower motor and goes to the heater core box. I believe this is called a blower motor cooling/vent tube but can't find a correct part number.

2- the flange and hose nipple that screws to the heater core box that the rubber hose pushes onto. The flange should be roughly oval in shape with 2 screw holes on the outside and about a 1 inch nipple on it for the hose to connect to.

None of these are available in the aftermarket vendors. Your best bet is to go to the parts for sale forum and post a WTB (want to buy) post. You'll have to upgrade your membership to the next higher level though.

That's how I found these same parts. Good luck, they are hard to come by...
