‘58-5’9 on a ‘68 Chassis?

Ive been a 67-72 guy for quite a while, but a buddy of mine is going to sell a ‘58 and I’m thinking about buying it. My question is, has anyone ever put one on a 67-72 chassis?

I'm not sure how similar the 67-72 frames are to the 73-87 frames but I think I've seen a few guys put later 50s trucks on the later c10 frames. I think it's the track width you need to double check.
