Hood adjustment
Fresh frame off resto (i'll post pics of the complete build when I can )
But hood is a Pain --- hinges are from Classic Chevy , so I assume they are Chinese, and hood (Also from Classic Chevy_) is a presumably Chinese sowl induction hood adjustment on the hinges is bottomed out and trailing edge of hood is still 1/4 - 1/2" away from sitting flush at the cowl and it is infuriating on a fresh build that cost (well-it cost what it cost - LOL) any ideas gents? --- The truck has enough subtle pieces of bling on it here and there that a set of those $800 billet hinges would not be out of place, but seems like an extreme leap for what I thought would be a simple issue Pics are on imgur - but it has been a while since I posted --- photobucket went kaput, - imgur wont let me copy a BB code now, -- what else is there ? https://imgur.com/a/UUEejcg |
